There is some light wheeling up near the Red Hills campground North of Jackson. I've wheeled up there a few times, but I mostly saw dirtbikes and ATV's. Go North out of Jackson about 6 miles and turn Right at Gros Ventre Junction and head towards the very small town of Kelly. About two mile past Kelly, is the turn off for Red Hills Ranch Road. Take that way out past the paved section of road and I don't recall the name of the area (maybe Horse Creek Canyon??) where everybody stages out of, but there is a new culvert built into the road to divert the little river that flow into Lower Slide Lake. BTW, the mud flats on the north side of lower slide lake attract a few wheeler's, but the mud is deep and extracation is long and arduous. Wheeling up there is probably not worth it unless you are intending on hiking as well. There is no better hiking on the planet than up in the Red Hills of Wyoming!!
