I don't think it's too much to ask to have the city make the train intersection 3 blocks west of the current quiet zone designation that only sees maybe 5 cars between 6 pm and 7 a.m. a quiete zone as well....especially since it goes right through a residential neighborhood. The city has already made it clear that they are concerend about it, thats why the shut down the 13th south line and redirected that traffic onto my line 
Not blowing their horn while they cross that intersection doesn't effect their operation at all. I'm not asking for an airport to move, a gravel pit to stop excevating, or a gun range to close down. I'm asking for needlessly angry train drivers to not blow their horns in my back yard haha.
