So I was cruising around today, and i heard a loud bang taking off at a light, and no movement.
didnt have time to open up the rear D44 yet, but i am thinking that the Ring gear broke and punched a hole thru the bottom of the pumpkin. (oil is leaking out the crack)
has anyone ever welded up a Pumpkin before?
what do you think about adding a 1/4" steel strap to the bottom of it, or should i just get a new axle housing and transfer over the detroit locker with a new set of gears?
anyone have a D44 with and ARB and 4:88's they want to get rid of for a TJ?
