Over the last few years, I have noticed that my disability seems to be progressing at an alarming rate. I believe one of those reasons is because of my lack of exercise. To try to curtail the progression, I am looking for a treadmill which I can use to build up my strength. If you have one, and are looking to part with it, I would be interested. Free would be ideal, but I can afford a little bit if necessary.
My only requirement is that it has one of those automatic kill switches if you fall down; I really don't want to end up with road rash on my face!
