Tube door use and then back to stock doors

Has anyone had any issue using tube doors and then putting back on the stock doors?

I have wanted to get a pair for so long to use during the summer and wheeling trips. However, when going to but the stock doors back on I have a concern about the stock doors not fitting after flexing, etc...
