Tubing roller?

Doesn't anyone know anyone with a tubing roller? Looking to roll some 1.5" tubing

The radius they bend. A bender will generally bend a tight 5.5-7.5" CLR, where as a tubing roller will have a nice large gradual bend.

I believe you're looking for a constant radius bender. They create very cool lines with tube.

If you don't need a really pretty bend you can make a mark every 1" & use a hydraulic to put a degree or so at each mark untill the desired radius is achieved!

I've used this method on 1/2"- 2" on everything from roll bars to fender flairs!

The trick is to be patient , especially larger sizes, where over bending usually means starting over!

I've seen a roll bender in the back room at BMC Fabrication in Spanish Fork, and they seem pretty willing to do small jobs.

I have a HF and it blew the bearings out of the rollers....I looked a buying better bearings....
