Tread Lightly?

As a few have mentioned, this property was purchased with the intention of turning it into an OHV park, Jeremey & crew are developing more and more trails/obstacles on the property and it really is presentable.

On that note, Tread Lightly should be on everyone's mind!

Here is the video of me coming off that one ledge a bit too fast. The first few seconds are the best.



My brakes were having a very hard time stopping me in 4-lo and going downhill. I am having my brake system flushed, I think after sitting for so long the brake fluid has gotten a little nasty (it has a brownish color to it). Hopefully that will help.

Jeremey has really stepped up the plate throughout this process, something I hope will continue to happen in the future with other SITLA property's & 4x4 users.

The reality is this could have gone the exact opposite direction as the case with the Area BFE neighbors
