Did you guys just get 6" of snow, like we did?
We only got about an inch or so south of Moab.

That would be interesting... I ran it one time and it started to sprinkle on us just about at the rock pile. We hurried up and got up yellow hill and on the backside it started raining harder. Not a good place to be...
I went out on rusty nail yesterday and there was enough snow to cover a good portion of the trail that wasnt in the direct sunlight. I turned around at the ledge that has "rust nail trail" painted next to it.
I think that by feb, most of the trails will be snow free.

I'm glad to hear there's not a lot of snow up there.
I went out to BFE on Saturday. All of the south-facing slopes were clear, and there was about 1 to 1 1/2 inches of snow covering the parking area. Helldorado was covered, as well as about half the "comp" area. If the weather warms up a bit, it will be gone in no time.

Here's what I was thinking...
Tuesday - unwind from a two day, 1,000 mile drive
Wednesday - Pritchett
Thursday - head out to Area BFE or?
Friday - Golden Spike/Rusty Nail
Saturday - Steel Bender with the U4WDA
Sunday - Metal Masher
Monday - come home
You're more than welcome to join us any of those days! My cell is 801-885-3142. I'm not 100% sure, but I would guess we'll head out from City Market around 9am each of those days... But call the night before to be sure.

Every morning? Or just that Saturday?
Yeah, the gas station kinda mucks things up there, but it's still very dooable. I honestly don't care where to meet... CM is always easy, because everyone knows where it is and I always stop there in the AM to get things for the day trip.
