2004 Jeep Rubicon. 31,000 miles and in perfect, as new, shape.
No problems or issues to report with this Jeep.
This Rubicon is an off road lovers dream. Lots of extras including 37 inch tires, 7 inch lift, CB radio, powerful winch on the front (never used), and all the rock climbing, off road extras one would need.

I never got the chance to take this Jeep off road.
There are many more additions to this Jeep, however, I am not an off road expert and perhaps you would have better luck finding the numerous goodies inside this Jeep.

Garage kept, non-smoker.
The perfect off road Jeep.
Everything you need for rock climbing, trail riding or as an everyday driver.
Never been taken off road and waiting for someone to break in this monster of a Jeep.

I treat my belongings very well.
The oil has been changed regularly and always used the best filter as well as the best gasoline.
Frequently washed and waxed and the jeep is spotless inside and out.

Thanks for looking!

I just sent him my bank account info so he could get stuff worked out for shipping. I am so excited. Strangely enough he is also a prince. So that is cool that I helped him out and am pumped for my new jeep.

I got a reply :greg:

Hi,

Thanks for your interest in buying my jeep. This is everything you need for rock climbing, trail riding or as an everyday driver.
Well, i'm based at Grand Forks air force base in ND, and the reason for selling the jeep is because my unit will be sent to Iraq and i don't want it getting old in my garage.

The price is low because I need to sell it in 10 days.
The jeep is in great condition, no damage, no scratches, never involved in an accident and it has a clear title. The jeep is in Grand Forks, ND and in case it gets sold i will take care of shipping, total price is $5900.

I will take care of shipping charges, and i think i can have it shipped to you in 3-4 days.

I am a member of eBay's vehicle purchase protection program and by using this service you will get a 3 days inspection period after delivery.

Basically, these are the steps in order to close the deal:
- you make a deposit to eBay, not to me
- the jeep+ title will be shipped to you
- you test it for 3 days
- if you accept it, you pay the remaining balance to eBay
- if you reject it, they will refund your deposit and it will be shipped back on my expenses.
Fast, simple and safe process!

All we need to get started and open the eBay case is your name and shipping address.

This is a very simple and risk-free program and you don't even need an eBay account for this!

Thanks
Daniel

Hoping I can keep messing with him, I sent the following response....

This sounds like a good deal for a nice Jeep. I am very interested. I will need to see some pictures of the flux capacitor on this one before I can decide. I have heard they can be bad on the 2004's.
Thanks!

I inquired about an ad for a mini-excavator a while back and got almost an identical response. So, how does this scam work? I presume you pay the deposit, and nothing ever shows up. Does he send you a link to fake Ebay to set up the transaction, and then he cleans out your account?

I just had some Nigerian email me about my tires listed on KSL. I'm going to copy this response, edit it a little and send it back to them and see how they feel haha.
