Good question but one I'd rather be asking my state legislature once the land is under control of my state. Mordor on the Potomac doesn't care about your trail access.

And does anyone in the beehive's bonnet care about our trail access? Or extraction access? Trade one tyrant for another? Is the state prepared to manage the land it's repo'ing? That would be cool.

I about pooped myself when I saw how much of western lands are owned by the feds. I am all for preserving national parks etc...but seriously...they have far too much of the land out here in the west.
