This is outrageous and her behavior is egregious at best, she should not be on the bench unless she can be neutral party and here the facts of a case.
Now I understand she was taking herself off of the case, and she should have left it at that, but no she wants to be the next Judge Judy, Joe Brown, Wapner, and lecture the defendant, and then flex her muscle and show the defendants brother just how miserable she can make his life.
If I can I will vote her out, but I do not think she is in my district, she is retarded if she thinks you can just let the herds of this state run un-checked, as this historically has proved to weaken herds and produce sickly animals that have to compete for food sources.
