The UVU Auto Expo is next Friday, May 18th, at Thanksgiving Point Electric Park. I know some of you come every year and wanted to let others know. Last year we had about 700 registered vehicles, and close to 10,000 attendees. There's a great swap meet also. For more info go to

can't wait to go back again, wish I actually had a car to enter, maybe in a couple years. The swap meet has some cool old stuff to.

Ive got a Father Son campout, hopefully our service project doesn't run too late and we can go. Might have to register for the swap meet and bring some light kits.

Bart and all the folks at UVU put on a fantastic event! Thanks for having us. In spite of the rain, we had 19 Broncos come out and there were a bunch of Yotas too.

Why were there jack stands under the Bennett Ford Bronco?

I wondered that too, I'm guessing it has to do with the old school bias tires? Not wanting to get flat spots?

Great show, really neat turn out for the Bronco club and a few neat Cruisers too. I'm planning to participate next year if I'm in town.

I asked Brian about the tires one time, as I recall his response had to do with them being ~40 years old. He did say one of the things he needs is a new set of sand tires so he can put it back on the sand again. His dad is still around and he wants to get him in the drivers seat at least one more time.

The weather did not cooperate, but we had a great show regardless. Thanks to all of those that came out, It turned out better than expected considering.

I wish the weather would have been better, we ended up not going mainly due to not wanting to have the kids out in the rain and knowing how they were going to act. I wish I could have made it though, I know last year was a great show and I would only expect the same this year.
