Skyline Drive (10,000 feet in altitude) is a great place to ride this time of year to escape the heat. Here is a ride that loops up Ephraim Canyon, goes north on Skyline Drive, and heads down Spring City Canyon. You can then complete your loop back to Ephraim on valley roads.
