Vonage? revisited

So we just got Vonage for my wife's job w/JetBlue. I am lazy and cannot search, though I know there are threads. I thought maybe some of the new guys here since the last go-round would benefit from my sloth.

Anyone using it NOW and have comments?? so far it seems pretty sweet, but with about an hour of real-world usage on it it's hard to draw any conclusions. With a sister-in-law in England, the cheap, cheap international deal sounds pretty f'ing sweet to me, and I like some of the add-ons available. Apart from the slight delay (which I can only really notice if I"m in the same room with the other party), sound quality sounds good, at 50kbps.

I just started using it last week and have got three calls on it so far so my experience is limited.
I got it so I could have a full size phone because with my large brain cell phones seem real small next to my large head :D

I've had it for a couple years and have no complaints. The only downtime I've ever had was ISP related. The quality has always been great and can't beat the price.

That is what I have seen too. My wife uses it for her business. It is nice to have a long distance phone that you never have to worry about minutes or extra charges on. Never had a complaint about quality even when I am doing big downloads.

I'd love to come visit you... and then I could do it again, and call it Star Trek: the Wrath of VON

Or!!! we could start a band and call it Vonski Beat, and bring back the 80's all by ourselves!

I could make business cards for you, "Von Von Vonksikrauten, Purveyor of Fine Sugars"

Something like that? :D

PS Why haven't you come out w/a spare bike so I can wreck myself silly at 5MP??? HMMMMM???? :D
