Someone care to explain what these are to me? I'm reading through the Richfield RMP and it really doesn't explain what these area's are going to have done in each designated class

Visual Resource Management Classes
Existing scenic values are inventoried for the relative value of the visual resource.
How they they are actually going to manage these is pretty vague and kinda scary.
I haven't looked into Richfield too much yet, but in the Kanab RMP thr management objective as " To the extent practicle, bring existing visual contrasts into VRM Class conformance as the opportunity arises." What does that mean? Maybe a little back door wilderness being snuck in?

That's what I am wondering as well, since it doesn't tell you at all what they'll be doing or what the guidelines are.

It's hard to make a specific complaint about something when all they have to comment on is meaningless doubletalk. I try to come up with some reason to object to the management action in it's entirety.
