Hello my name is Ron and i am from Caldwell Idaho. I have a 1979 jeep Wagoneer that has been chopped and caged. I have been building it for about a year and i have just recently got to the stage you see it in. It started life as a stock Wagoneer. I did a spring over and 4" lift on 38's. After breaking many axle shafts and a tired amc 360 that was tempermental i decided it was time for a change. Being a ford guy, i decided It needed a ford powerplant, 351w bored 30 over, c6, 205/203. The parts came from a few different 70's ford trucks. It has a Sterling 10.50 rear, and a hp44 up front. Chromo's and arb's both axles. I have a 60 for the front, just can't afford the arb for it yet. Gears are Yukon 456's and It sits on 40" pitbull rockers that have been grooved, and i absolutely will never buy another tire!! these things are awesome.
Still have a few things to build yet, but the funds need to build back up first. I am hoping this coming summer that i can make Moab. Thought i would introduce myself and hope to see you on the rocks.

Welcome!

Whats the wheeling in Caldwell like? Although I've only passed through--I really like the Caldwell, Boise/Eastern Oregon area and would like to explore it more :greg:

Man I dig the tube work on this! I like the full size rigs, and would like to make the Blazer more like this Waggy.
