Possibly, but it's usually not that thick (brush) in many areas.

Is it one of the trails that Todd GPS's for the BLM several years ago as a potential route? This was for the management plan that got put on permahold by the Governor due to the nuclear storage issue.

Copperhead - Not a legal trail though it is a trail that could have potential with the BLM under the new RMP, sadly at this point it will take a process similar to the Coyote Canyon situation in Moab.
Copperhead in 2003 I think, maybe 2004? (yes I was skinnier back then)

Todd likely knows about it, in fact he may have joined EZ and I out there when we were scouting the area. Sadly its all within the wrong designation area and really any travel out there is illegal and should be treated as such especially if work is being done with the BLM to legalize that and other area trail potentials.
