well my son's 91 xj was due for its annual inspection so I had him bring it over so I could do a tune up and check it out.... and guess what I found?

A big crack in the exhaust manifold.... I looked around for a used one and found a nice one off a 96 xj at the pick n pul that I actually was able to remove with just two wrenches (1/2, 9/16) due to I forgot to put my socket set back in the truck...

Well I almost got it all put back in place tonight before the sunset and the mosquitoes started chowing down on my legs... so hopefuly it will be done in the morning for inspection!!!

I know mine's cracked, it sounds like i have it straight piped and there's almost no pressure from the exhaust pipe
