What am I Bid?

Last fall, I came home to find this lovely lawn ornament decorating my front yard. My husband has always been something of an artisan, but this was beyond his usual decorating genius and it really complimented the green of the front lawn.

Not to be outdone, a second object d'art arrived just 2 weeks ago. Note how the wheelbarrow base contrasts nicely with the tire-on-pallet design.

Unfortunately, we are going to be moving and do not have the appropriate landscaping for these lawn sculptures in our new environment. And beeeeautiful as these sculptures are to the trained eye, prospective buyers of our home are not likely to agree.

I am torn between a silent auction, a post under Classifieds, or a post under Yard Sales. Suggestions are welcome.

What size is the tire? I don't need a pink motor, but if the tire is the right size it might be worth it. Who paints a motor pink?

And Kathy, if Mark sees this you better sleep with one eye open. At least the transmissions haven't found their way into the tub!

Stabbed right through the heart! ARRRRRRGGGGGG!!!!! Actually the 6 is a 258 out of an 80 CJ. It does have a Weber carb and it runs great. If anyone wants it, come and get it. The 401 on the tire IS NOT FOR SALE!. There will be a 304 available soon however.

PM me if you are interested in the wheelbarrow art.
