WHat does this Warning mean?

IP conflict? Two devices are trying to use the same IP address probably. IF you are on a windows machine repair your connection...if you are on a mac...which it appears you might be, disconnect your wireless on your computer and reload it again.

Agreed. Somebody (or something) is connected using the IP that was assigned to your computer. If that mac address doesn't belong to any of your computers then somebody is on your network.
