What is the best way to do a track bar for a coil front set up so that it flexes and keeps from giving you the dreaded death wobble?

All I know is make it as flat(horizontal) as possible. Try to keep the steering the same angle if you can. You probably know that already.

Oh yeah, the longer the better.

Triangulating is use in 4 links. At least 2 some times 4 (double) arms are triangulated. By doing this you locate the axle side to side in the vehicle without using a trac bar.
Draw back to this in a frt end is that depending on geometry involved yo may introduce more bumpsteer.

If you use a drag link and set the angle/length of it as close to the same as the draglink, you wil have virtually no bump steer. If the drag link has angle and the trac bar is flat, ther will be bump steer, reverse is try too.

If you are using radius arms, your only good option is to use a trac bar.

Look under TJ/XJ/ZJ and Broncos or 1/2 ton Fords(pre ttb), for examples of trac bars. I suggest poly bushed ends for trac bars. Solid feel without the noise of heims. Generally the bar should go from D side frame to P side axle housing. I suggest mounting it in double shear.

Mount that supports both sides of the bushing. mnt/bushing/mnt

Ok that is how we did it. It is just a little loose still i think. I will have to tighten it up a bit more. thanks for the help.
