Doesn't look like he meant "black" as "of African descent", so.... I don't think much of it.
The media response and immediate call for resignation, on the other hand, makes me sick. Remember the guy who said "niggardly", and got called a racist?

Honestly I don't care what Butters says anymore, and I don't care that people get offended by stupid things anymore.
People are so afraid now a days about offending a minority that they are afraid to even speak to them or about them, it only make "race relations" worse.
