I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but this is not a cheap sport. You get what you pay for. There aren't any lifts out there that are going to break an hour after you put them on, but there are lifts out there that will actually make your vehicle less capable on and off road. TeraFlex is more money than some budget options for a reason: they flat out work and are engineered to be the best product, not the cheapest. If you installed the TeraFlex lift yourself you'd save a lot of money as well.
Also, don't forget how expensive 37's are. Add the cost of re-gearing so your motor can turn 37's, and you're in it a lot more than you may have planned.
37s - $1700
re-gear - $800-1000 after parts and labor
plus you'll still need bumpers, rock sliders, skids, etc if you plan on wheeling it much. I'm not trying to dissuade you, but if you want to do it right, it's going to cost money. If looks are more important than performance, there are cheap ways to get 37s under there. If you care about wheeling tough boulder fields, you may want to start with sliders, bumpers, and big fenders, and save up for the right lift when you can afford it.
