Hawaii for a week, on our 25th...... Did a ton of planning, whales and turtles right off our balcony, ect. Had to practically kidnap her to get her there though.(said she wasn't a beach babe)

Now she asks nearly daily when I'm taking her back.

Hawaii for me too, it was on our honeymoon. My wife had no clue were we were going, she slept the whole plane ride and still didn't know till the Captain welcomed us to Sunny Hawaii!!! It was a good 10 days :cool:

After our daughter was born and she spent months not leaving the house, I surprised her with tickets to the Symphony, and lined up a babysitter. Then we got decked out in full black tie attire, and went for dinner and Symphony for our first date out since our baby was born. The only thing she would have liked better would have been the Opera. (But you have to draw the line somewhere.)

well.. I gave up a spot at Top Truck Challenge as winch monkey and co-driver of my friend Tom's enormous M715, and instead spent a cold, wet, rainy 4 days on Long Island helping with my sister-in-law's farewell party, as she was leaving for England to live.

Yes, it killed me! But my wife was very grateful and actually wept with gratitude, so I guess that's good. Besides, I heard it was very hot in CA. :ugh: :eek: :(

just last week for a date I taught a chick I'm dating how to change the oil in her Ford Escort. There's no better place to bond than under a vehicle gettin oily together. how romantic. then we went to a movie at the dollar theatre. :greg:

I KNOW!! But she is expecting. I was lucky to get off the compound for that last trip! The day of the RS trip, she entered the three week window and she gave me the eye when I told her where I was going. I got the "what if" speech. I replied, "That is why I have a cell phone" that got left in the
Tow-Hoe.
