Interesting. Is it stuffed with eggs or do you just fill it up?

I could be wrong, But I think what I make is a large baked pancake, depending on what you bake it in you could have a round one or square.

how we do it ...
6 eggs
1 C flour
1 C milk
1/2 stick of butter.

spray pan with cooking spray
pre heat over to 375-400 deg.
Mix eggs, milk and flour
put the butter in the pan to melt it in the oven, remove from oven, add mix, bake
for aprox 35-40min. or until edges brown.
remove from oven and put whatever you want on it...

I should say that we bake ours in a cake pan, I would use the same amount if I used 2 pie tins

they are really good with lots of syrup on it!!!

You can also take mash potatoes and smash them down on a gridle and make some great pancakes out of them too... yummy!!!

If by tomato, you mean the toast, the eggs, the beans, the hashbrowns, the ham, the sausage and the mushrooms, then you're right.

... and if by "mushroom" you meant "totally disgusting, slimy, cowardly stuff that grows in dark piles of cowsh*t" then I totally agree.
