Whats it worth? 97 TJ

Hey guys, I am just wanting to get some opinions on a jeep I am looking at buying. What do you guys think it is worth? It is a 97 4cyl 5-spd. Just to paint the pic, it has been used as a "rockcrawler" it does have a hard top, it has the stock axles w/4.10 gears and a super 35 kit in it, it has an ARB in the front, and the back did have an ARB, but is open now as the owner broke it and didn't replace it. It has the Tera flex 4' long arm kit in it, it has a Warn 8000lb winch, slip yoke, and an Atlas II t-case. The jeep has roughly 150k miles on it, like I said it is a bit rough! But I know it would cost a bunch to do what he has done to it. Any opinions? Thanks Chad
 
Hard to say without seeing it, based on your description I wouldn't go over $5500
 
Jeep prices are LOOOOW right now. I have a bunch more done to my CJ7than this one and have not received one call on it at $5500:(


Low ball the guy and he might bite
 
He offered it to me for $3300, I know I will be $700 into an ARB for the rear, and who knows what else when I really look it over well? But I know I would be a bunch more into one if I build it myself.
