I mentioned in the 100 pushups thread, I'd start posting my workouts for anyone interested in getting ideas for putting together their own workouts. To keep that thread on topic of accomplishing the 100 pushup challenge, I'm starting another thread. Feel free to post what you're doing for your workout too.

Right now my workout is one hour, three times a week. I start with fifteen minutes of cardio, and then I hit the weight room. Everything is three sets of 10-15 reps, when I get to three sets of fifteen I add weight. Feel free to criticize or suggest changes!

Leg Press
Leg Extension
Leg Curl
Lat Pulldown
Tri Pulldown
Dumbbell Fly
Dumbbell Press
Barbell Curl

Crunches to exhaustion
Pushups to exhaustion

My legs are already pretty massive, I'm thinking about dropping all three of those leg exercises and adding more stuff to work my back and core.

"Back to the Future III"
Doc: And in the future, we don't need horses. We have motorized carriages called automobiles.
Saloon Old Timer: If everybody's got one of these auto-whatsits, does anybody walk or run anymore?
Doc: Of course we run. But for recreation. For fun.
Saloon Old Timer: Run for fun? What the hell kind of fun is that?

This is my workout this week:

Chase a 1 year old around, carry him up and down the stairs a bunch.

Move some axles, ride my dirtbike for a couple hours, ride mountain bike 5-7 miles around the neighborhood with a kid carrier.

Move a half ton of boxes for work. Rake a trailer load of leaves. Cart around a 50lb bag of chicken feed. Hang 28-4ftx4ft paintings

Jump on a trampoline for 1/2 hr.
