So I Bought An Axle From A guy Off here A While Ago. And I Am About To Put In My 5Th Hub Assembly On The Passenger Side. I'm Not Perfect And I'll Admit It But I Installed A New One On The Drivers Side When I Put The Axle In And Haven't Had A Single Issue. The Last On I Installed Lasted Three Days! This Problem Existed Before My Moab Trip last Year So That'S Out And, I Have Done No Wheeling On This New One. Please Help Me Figure This Out. Thanks In Advance

Are you making sure the old seal plate(metal ring pressed into the back side of the hub) is not still stuck to the stub shaft? This can cause some issues.

It Is A Dana 30. The Unit Is Sealed. When I First Put It In, The Ride Was Nice And Smooth. No Movement. Then The Jeep Started Vibrating Again. Raised The Jeep And Sure Enough, A Ton Of Movement

Are you re installing the stub shaft and torquing the axle nut? The shaft/nut is what holds those bearings together, and without them installed, your bearings won't last 20 miles if they even stay assembled at all.
