Wheeling in Alabama?

I'm going to Alabama in not too long of a time, to Maxwell AFB. Does anybody know how good the wheeling is down there? I haven't been in the south in more than a decade, and I wasn't into wheeling at the time.

gardendale is outside of birmingham; there's another place that's also in alabama but i forget the name of it. tellico isn't too far way depending on where you're at. it's on the border of n.c. and tennessee near murphy, nc.
