I'm curious where this was taken. I know generally where it is, but looking for something more specific... Kurt? Meat?

... guy at the office who I invited to the U4WDA summer conv... Him and a buddy were up there on Saturday. His buddy told him it was private property... As in owned privately, but not fenced off..

The route to hike to that may be on private property and some of the other tram towers might be, but I don't think that particular one is. I happen to know the owners of the property on top, I'll have to check into it.

The tram tower serviced the Live Yankee mine in the early 20th century... power came in via Pole Line Pass. It was pulled out after the mines petered and the towers were left in disrepair. The FS cut the cables (you can still find them hanging or across the road in spots) and even cut one of the towers down.

EDIT: I'm 99% sure that tower is on federal property, but getting to it takes you across private property.

I have a CB/2M ham SWR Meter... but you'd have to teach us how to use it It does have instructions!
