I wanna say that I've seen those at CAL Ranch. They have a section over by the chain / rope area that also has nylon webbing and related stuff. I am not 100% sure, but it seems like they had those too.

Yeah, I really like the place. I'm in there a couple times a week for work and personal stuff. It's gotten so bad that I now point other customers in the right direction for where to find stuff. They even gave me one of their work shirts. Sad really.
