Where to purchase weld on D-Rings locally?

Wasatch trailer in kaysville has some I believe. There parts dept is on the west side of the freeway off the kaysville exit.

Ogden and Orem don't count, and I wasn't aware of the Kearns location, I try to stay away from there as I don't enjoy being shot at....so I was only 1/3 wrong.

Thanks for the replies, Henderson had what we needed. Their rings are large enough to accomodate the round style ratchet strap hook ends as well as the flat hook ends.
