Which power steering gear box should I use

I am fabbing up the power steering gearbox bracket and linkages for the commando project and have several power steering gearboxes laying around that I can use. I have boxes from a TJ, XJs, chevys, and a J10 truck. The chevy ones won't work and I believe the TJ and XJ ones are basically the same. The TJ one has very low miles but only three mounting holes. It also would require some different power steering hoses to hook it up to my chevy 350. The steering shaft that I have put together by mixing xj and tj shafts works well with the tj box. The J10 truck box has four mounting bolts and looks like it will accept the chevy power steering hoses. However the input shaft is bigger and won't accept the xj/tj steering joint. Is there a box that will take the chevy hoses and the tj steering joint ? or is there a joint that is bigger that will fit over the J10 input shaft ? I don't want to use the rag joint fitting that was on the J10. Any ideas ?

You can get just the U-joint to attach to whichever box, from Six States, or places like Borgeson. Then fab your steering shaft from there.

There may be a difference in number of turns lock-to-lock, so check that out when choosing which one you like best. I personally don't think the 4th mounting hole is that big of a deal--3 is fine as long as they're tight and stuff. The 4th is nice for redundancy though, and certainly doesn't make it weaker.....
