Who builds real world rear truck bumpers?

My buddie go hit in the rear of his 89 toy truck. insurance is replacing the stocker. He is yammering smitty..... NO!!! But it's a pita to find a BOLT ON heavy duty rear. warns and tjm make fronts... Who makes rears?
