who's good for installing gears?

Ok so I debated doing it myself, but I'm thinking I'd rather have someone who has the magic touch do em. So who does a bang up job and what can I expect to pay?

I had some installed a few weeks ago by CHAD VANDALL ( that is also a user name on RME ) who I felt did a great job. I would recomend him as well.
