Instead of breeding laws, how about this?
All boys born in hospitals are automatically given vasectomies at birth (hell, they get circumsized, so as long as they're down there....). When they reach age 25 (let them get a few years of drinking under their belts) they can choose to get a vasectomy reversal, but here's the kicker. The reversal must be approved by a board of experts who would have to decide that the man had a high enough IQ, no major genetic deficits or diseases, and decent looks and weight.
Dang! If only Hillary Clinton would have won the presidency, this could have started tomorrow!!!!
You have to admit, it's not a bad idea......and nobody gets hurt!
