That's great! A few years ago I had an 80 mph high side on the street and made me have that same "Why do I ride?" thought. I decided to get my thrills out in the dirt, just like this dude

I sold my street bike after riding it on the freeway to my wife's first ultra-sound.. I had that "I'm a daddy" moment, and realized anyone of the idiots I was next to could kill me..
When on the dirt it is basically my own fault if I get hurt, and the injuries are not nearly at the level of a street accidents.

pretty sure i asked myself why i ride as my bike and i were tumbling down a mountain today.....answer.....otherwise i would have been at work. hehehe
