South-West Utah Winter on the rocks trail access from fair grounds.

Can you get to the trails from the fair grounds on an atv or buggy?

I am thinking about bringing the rzr down as well, but I will need access from the fair grounds to the trails without putting it on a trailer.

I have done it. It's a bit confusing the way I was shown though. (hard to explain) but it is doable.

Not really possible right now. With the new highway there is no access yet from Washington city to the Washington Dam staging area. And atvs are not allowed on the highway from Washington to Sand Hollow nor on Sr9, doesn't mean people aren't doing it anyway
