I would love to own that.
Finally a place where all residents would accept you... Assuming the llamas are nice.
Somebody should buy it and make a 4x4 outpost there, bar, fix it place, campground etc.
Lots of history there... The last occupant was a notorious theif finally brought to justice by done dirt bikers, he's back out of jail and rumor has it he has stolen some new goods and is squatting in the Swell.

I'm about 99% shy on the asking price..who wants to go in in it?
I got a fiddy and some pocket lint.

Way too steep of a price tag... That place could boom as an RV park & temporary residence for the upcoming Nuclear plant construction. But could you make enough to profit over $4M in a 7 year span (or however long the construction is projected)?
...We may have to enact some new Llama taxes...
IF construction happens (still a big if, I feel), I think you could easily make back your investment during construction. The question is, could you stay solvent during the years prior too. I think this is a question for the Stephenopolis city council to consider. We may have to enact some new Llama taxes...
I nominate myself to the city council board of Stephenopolis under the guise of a Llama Civil Liberties Representative (LCLR).
