WTB Dana 60 locker, 14 bolt spool, gears

Looking for a Detroit or Grizzly locker for my Dana 60 HP front and a full spool for my 14 bolt FF. Also need 5.38 gears for both.

I bought a PolyPerformance mini spool for my 14 bolt. Extremely cheap as far as lockers go. I still have it, but I'm thinking I'll keep it as a spare in case my Detroit decides to crap out?

I thought about a mini spool but since I will need to pull the carrier in order to do new gears I figured I would just go full spool too. Not against the idea of a mini spool, I currently run one in my Ford 8.8, but thought that the full spool would be stronger for not much more money, and if I could find a used spool maybe the same price.

my uncle just picked up a 14 bolt that is welded. He hasn't opened it up yet, but if they did it right, they didn't weld it to the carrier. would you be interested in that? he is taking it out.

I think I will pass on the welded carrier. If I decide to go that route I will weld the carrier I have. Thanks for the offer.
