I built this years ago for my jeep but I decided to build another one so I decided to sell this one. It is 3x6x3/16" square tube with a weld on d-ring. It's 36.5" long, has 14.5" long mounting brackets that are 3/8" thick. It is held on by 5 bolts on the driver-side (3 steering box bolts and 2 others) and 6 on the passenger side. This thing is beefy and has smashed a lot of rocks and been the tow point for getting me out of many hairy situations. It does mount flat against the front "frame" crossmember so the two front bumper holes need to be cut-off. It's much better this way IMO and it is very easy to cut the little tabs off. I can even do it for you for a few bucks more. I cleaned it up some and sprayed on a couple coats of primer so it's ready to go. If you want to add sides to it you can. I had sides on there but I decided to take them off cause they were so trashed.
