Does anyone have pics of their brake line routing you could post up? From the bigger reservior in the back of master cylinder down (I assume to a proportioning valve) and then from the proportioning valve to the wheels?

tell me if this helps at all...

EDIT: I remember the routing going from the MC down to the frame then one line ended (front left tire), one line went around the front of the frame dnuer the grill (front right tire), and one line ran straight back on the frame rail (rear axle). They all ended on the frame and had flex lines that attached to them from the frame to the axle (or caliper)

I put the air tank there so I could drain it easier (petcock valve). It is actually really easy to service there.

Marc,

Mine pretty much looks like Caleb's pics. I think the reason they are coiled is so there is a little "stretch" room to account for flexing, etc. (Considering one end is mounted to the frame and the other is mounted to the firewall/tub.)

Is yours really mounted to the tub?

Yes, the master cylinder/brake booster is bolted right to the firewall. Are they bolted to the frame on a Toy?

On a CJ(at least the 80s models) they are bolted to the frame.
