Edit: Google says they love them after they are busted open.
Around here (AZ) game and fish can give you a fine if you leave them out overnight. Attracts the javelinas.Not sure what all eat ours but they’re always gone a few days after we roll them.

Here I’d imagine birds, badger, fox and possibly antelope and coyote would nibble on these.
