ZJ Bumper

I'd like to build a steel bumper with a winch mount for my ZJ. Since I don't have a clue how to design one, I'd like to find a good design somewhere with specs on material thickness and a standard winch mount template. Also, some idea of how to mount it to the standard ZJ frame horns would be good. Once I have the design, I'll program it into a CNC plasma cutter, and then it will be readily reproducible in case someone else would like to have one.

All suggestions appreciated.

I don't have much help for you other than the bumpers that kevin is selling right now are really nice. I personally wouldn't know where to start on building a bumper. If you want to see how an ARB mounts and what material it has on it, you're welcome to check out teh one on my rig. I don't like the entrance angle on it but it is what it is.

I think thats the old version of the proto fab bumper. Kevin, from what I understand, now does the R&D for protofab and the new bumpers are sick. They remind me of lower profile, less expensive trail ready bumpers.
