Lighten the mood

I was taking my girlfriend (now wife) home in my ‘88 olds cutlass Ciera w/bench seat and right when we turned into her neighborhood and passed a little walkway 2 or 3 snowballs hit the car. I was like okay, game on, kids. So we went around the block slowly. I told my lady the plan and sure enough they hit us again. What they didn’t know was that she was ready to push the brake pedal and I was ready to jump out and chase them, yelling at the top of my lungs like a madman. Those kids have never run or climbed/fallen over a fence faster than they did that night lol good times.

I didn’t want to catch them as they were just kids having fun but I wanted to have some fun too.

When I was in 5th grade I was sleeping over at a friends house and we were throwing snowballs over the hedges in his front yard in the middle of the night. We couldn't see the cars, we just lobbed them over when we heard someone coming. We hit one and... reds and blues started flashing!

Everyone bolted but we were too far from the house so we all just dropped face first into the snow and laid there hoping he'd just drive by. The cop obviously HAD to see all these little twerps lying in the snow, so he just sat there in front of the house for what seemed like an eternity.

I'm sure he was laughing his ass off while he stuffed donuts in his face watching us freeze. But I did learn a valuable lesson; always mark your target before you fire!

Oh yeah he was 100% just enjoying it and I support it. Good on him for not making it into a big deal and instead just making you suffer a little.

We used to pee off a bridge over 215 and one time we got a cop car. There really wasn’t a way for him to get to us but I’ve never run that fast in my life 🤣

These stories really make me glad we could get away with stuff like this before everyone had a camera in their pocket. I’m a little sad my boys won’t be able to get away with such shenanigans
