I’ll have to give it another shot. To me it’s hard to dedicate the time and attention span to series. I love movies because all the information is packed into 1.5 hours, not 15-30 hours 😅
Nearly every series anymore loses me with the pace. They decide right out the gate how many episodes they're going to sell, before there's even a script. Then they write a couple decently paced episodes to hook you, then everything after that is packed with irrelevant tangents and silly manufactured drama as filler and my ADHD brain gets bored and I wander off.

It's pretty rare for a show to keep me through a season, let alone the entire thing. I got through a couple seasons of Longmire before it collapsed. The Expanse had huge promise but they veered off halfway through Season Two. I think I made it to Season Four of Walking Dead? Haven't bothered with any of the spinoffs. Firefly could have gone the distance if they'd kept going like they were going, Firefly was amazing. I think 24 is the last series that really had me hooked all the way through, and X Files before that. But that's how rare it is that I finish a series.

@mbryson's biography?

I seem to vaguely recall seeing FUBAR sometime in college and laughing about how stupid it was. And apparently there are a couple of sequels to that which I've never seen of heard of. But now they're doing a prequel! It looks pretty hilarious.

Substitute this (no gold stripes and repainted the rockers black) with t-tops and 183 hp (it was the 140 HP 305) with BFG tires that's my ride. I didn't play hockey but throw those scenes as foosball and you're not far off base. (how'd you know my 35th Reunion was this weekend?)

Welcome to 1988. I'm sure no one can find me in this snip from my yearbook. 1720815355393.png

Sea of Aquanet there. I weighed only 238 lbs with a 32" waist and couldn't float in a pool.
