LJ …if painted chassis is that a red flag?

Looking at this LJ…I notice it looks fresh underneath. I can’t see it in person as it’s not local. What do you guys think? Paint covered rust and risky, or just really clean?
It’s at a dealer and the rest looks pretty clean…

Some dealers will do a quick and dirty undercarriage paint job just to make it look clean... I wouldn't be too concerned, but I'd still run the VIN# just in case they're trying to hide something.

But stuck more often.
The dealer painted the front of my front axle but didn’t touch the back side of it. Kind of a mullet paint job. Looked great in the pictures they took. I could tell there was a party going on though.
