Best way to do it - smoked turkey leftovers. I like the leftover turkey sandwiches better than the Thanksgiving dinner. I hope everyone has a good one!

None of us care much for turkey so we smoked up some pork this year instead. 15 hours for this smoke. Man it was good.

We had agreat dinner at my parents house. They do a brine/liquid smoke turkey that is good, but I really want to tackle and try a true smoked turkey. I may have to try that soon.

Real plate for formal meals, paper plate for informal meals... again, we don't like washing unnecessary dishes.
