For Ribs I do 225° for 2 hours, then make a foil boat fill with butter & honey meat side down for 1.5 hours, then flip and slather with bbq for 1.5 hours. Smoked pineapple, pork belly, and brisket are crowd favorites at my house.

Definitely use a broker instead of going direct. My auto and motorcycle insurance is through progressive and it’s always cheaper through the broker than getting a direct quote.

Those trucks have a known injector failure problem. I can’t remember, but I think that is one of the first symptoms since it starts to over fuel. I don’t have any great recommendations on a shop. I do watch Dave’s Auto Center videos and feel like they at least look legit.
