Utah bill of sale - seller responsibility?

Imagine if everyone, including businesses, paid their fair share AND we decreased spending. 🤯

Utah bill of sale - seller responsibility?

I guess I'm the only one here that was happy to see the headline last week that said the IRS had recovered 6 billion from high earners that had under paid their taxes.

    Let's Talk Lawns

I had decided earlier this year to add a sprinkler to a spot in my back lawn that tended to get crispy in the sun. I got it marked and dug out last night. The trench ended up being twice as long as it should have been because I used a super long funny pipe connection on the head I decided to dig...

What books are you reading (or listening to?)

I finished "Never". I had hope that she wouldn't use the nukes. She did. ~sigh~ Not sure whats up next. After my wife told me reading my books to my youngest while he was trying to fall asleep wasn't appropriate I downloaded Jungle Book. He fell asleep pretty quick. I don't know if thats a...

    How smart are chickens?

Hey man, Post is just trying to have a good time. He saw Jelly Roll do some country songs and said, "I'm from Texas, I want to do some too." And he did. And thats okay.

    Hunting Season Opened for us

That would be amazing. I’ll keep that in mind but it might not be this season.

    Hunting Season Opened for us

Those are good looking fish. I decided I was going to do some river fly fishing last weekend since my SIL decided to come to town and I was going to leave the boys home. I went to four new spots and caught five itty bitty brook trout. I've never fished rivers so I was trying my best but the...

    Are Riding Lawn Mowers Phat?

How do you get the green tint on your new balances if you use a riding mower? How will the other men you encounter out and about be able to tell when you last mowed due to the tint of said green? These questions need serious consideration.

    What makes a canoe stable?

I had already ruled out a kayak.

    What makes a canoe stable?

I have learned that a canoe is not for me. Stability and getting it to the water weren't issues. It just wasn't comfortable. I did two laps around mirror lake and called it.

    BEST Roof top tent?

My rtt is 55" wide and while I could technically get me and my two boys in there my 9 year old has no interest in playing that game and would always sweet talk Grandpa into getting a bed in their trailer.

    Political So now what

My wife basically has a PHD in educational psychology (all the course work but not the dissertation, Canyons considers it a phd) and if she worked full time she wouldn't be at 90k. She is part of special ed and holds required state and federal certifications for her position. She's worked 10+...

    What makes a canoe stable?

We're going to try out my BIL's canoe this weekend and I think it'll help me decide what route to take.

    What makes a canoe stable?

I can’t see that link on this device but will check another in a minute. After thinking about what Dave said yesterday I know he’s right but I just haven’t found an aluminum boat. Then I think about transporting it while towing my camper. A boat will have to go on a rack or be able to break down...

    What makes a canoe stable?

Is it just being wide or are there other things that contribute to it? I've been looking for a row boat for a while and missed on a couple earlier this year. I'm thinking about instead just picking up a canoe that we can fish from. This is will be used at Washington Lake 95% of the time...

    Let's Talk Lawns

It’s been hot so it might just not have rooted in yet. You need to lift it to see if it’s grubs or if it’s just not rooting. I doubt it’s grubs personally but it’s worth checking for.

Does anyone on here do pest control? This could be a longshot

If you take stray cats to the wj animal shelter they will "fix" them then put a notch in their ear to indicate the work has been done. My dad's neighbor had been feeding strays and accumulated quite a herd of them. My dad caught over 10 of them with a city supplied trap.

What did you do with the squirrel? I’ve got a mess of acorns I can bring over if you want to keep it.

    All things Camp Trailer

I spent $40 buying some wire and battery lugs and glue 3-1 heat shrink. Pretty sure I could have bought the finished cable I needed for $10. That's kind of how we roll though, isn't it.

    All things Camp Trailer

I don’t love these electrical connections. To be fair, they were taped up, but I still don’t love them. Can I solder them instead of using the wire nuts? I also think I should upsize the wire gauge size on the fuse and red wire that will connect to the battery post. The black power wires are 3...
